Next, I will explain new projects.
In FY2019, in addition to Shibuya Solasta, which had been completed at end of the previous fiscal year, Jimbocho North Tokyu Building, an office building, Namba Motomachi 1-Chome Place, a hotel, and Q Plaza Ikebukuro, a commercial facility, among other properties, were also completed and these facilities commenced operation.
Shibuya Fukuras, which is a redevelopment project in the Greater Shibuya Area, will be completed in October and Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which constitutes part of the property as a commercial facility, is expected to commence operation in December.
In FY2020, Takeshiba District Development Plan (tentative name) will be completed. In FY2021 and beyond, several projects will also be launched both inside and outside of the Greater Shibuya Area, which include the Jingumae 6-chome Block Urban Redevelopment Project (tentative name) and the Kudanminami 1-chome Project (tentative name).
