I would now like to explain our Business Strategy.
The first point is the positioning of each business segment.
With regard to the core segments, Wellness has been added as the fifth pillar to the conventional Urban Development, Residential, Property Management and Real-Estate Agents, and is to be promoted as the booster for growth.
We are pursuing “Innovation and Enhancement” for Urban Development and Residential, which are in mature markets, and “Exponential Growth” for Property Management and Real-Estate Agents, which are located in growth markets.
Tokyu Hands will strengthen its role “to improve the Group’s additional value,” and overseas operations are going to be improved as the “future growth driver.”
