This slide shows the redevelopment projects around Shibuya Station.
The first I would like to discuss is the one in the Dogenzaka 1-chome Station Front district.
This is a redevelopment project on the site of the old Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which was closed in March. Construction was started with an aim of beginning operation in fiscal 2018.
According to the plan, the upper floors will accommodate high-grade offices, while the lower and middle floors will serve as commercial facilities.
In addition, there are plans to have an airport limousine bus station and a facility for supporting tourists.
This building is expected to be a gateway to Shibuya, which serves as a center of urban tourism.
The drawing on the right is for the Shibuya Nampeidai District Renovation Project.
Our headquarters building, which is where we are at the moment, and the three other neighboring buildings will be renovated into an office building with more than 500 tsubo(*) on each floor. Construction will start this coming summer, and the new building will start operation in fiscal 2019.
