Now I would like to explain the results and forecast for Tokyu Hands and the Business Innovation and Others segments.
In the Tokyu Hands segment, revenues increased mainly due to the opening of new stores (Kyoto Store, Singapore Jurong East Store, Kagoshima Store) in the first six months of the fiscal year ending March 2015, but income declined, primarily reflecting the burden of business start-up expenses. For the fiscal year ending March 2015, we also expect higher revenues and lower income.
In the Business Innovation and Others segment, revenues and income increased in the first six months of the fiscal year ending March 2015, mainly reflecting the implementation of the bulk sale of land. For the fiscal year ending March 2015, we also expect revenues and income to increase.
