The site covered by the Ginza 5-chome Project (tentative name) is the spot, which is located on the side of the Sukiyabashi intersection. We commenced demolition work in September 2012 and anticipate a work period of about three and a half years, including demolition, with the new construction work to be completed in around January 2016.
This is an entirely commercial building of 11 stories above ground and five basement levels with a total floor area of approximately 50,500 square meters. It will be one of Japan's leading commercial facilities, taking advantage of its highly attractive location at the Sukiyabashi intersection in Ginza.
